You mean they don't stomp them with their barefeet? How are they going to get that good, natural flavor?! :-) Those pictures were so neat! I'd love to go to a winery and see in person how it all works. Very cool.

actually, we could stomp the grapes with our bare feet. part of the process kills the bacteria in the grape juice, so your feet don't even have to be super sanitized.
It takes a lot longer, though. and with the machine, you don't sweat as much.
