Here comes our ride!!! YEEEEHAAAAAWWWW!!!

We took a day trip to Stillwater to visit my mom and dad.
what a thrill!!
Thank you, Thank you, Nikki and Tim!!!!!!!!!!!

These three busy girls decorated mom's house for Christmas and baked Jesus's birthday cake.

Even Aunt Phyllis got to come over for a while. An added blessing.

The party's ooover. just warm memories are left, and they make me smile. Christmas joy.

Cookie Party Day was cooooold and warm all at the same time

What a great day for a cookie party! No rain, 28 degrees all day, lots of hot chocolate and wonderful friends who took time to come and decorate cookies, catch up with each other, take pictures as their kids sat on the very fluffy and old Pebbles, sign the tablecloth, chase the deer, count the babies Jesus on the tree, and go on a "kitty hunt"...but, wait, there's more! too much to put here.

The final count was 33 kids and 16 adults...add me and we had an even 50 folks, from 8 months old to ???? here. That added up to lots of hugs and laughs and catching up!

Here is a before picture:

Beautiful, meaningful, easy for most ages to do, Christmas ornaments

Now you can keep those beautiful Christmas cards with the old master paintings of the Christ child. All you need is some craft glue (hot glue doesn't last past the first season) and some of those string beads that you can get at the dollar store.
If you want to watch while listening to Christmas music, go here: www.KSBJ.org

Three peas in a pod

This was taken at Dee Ann's recently and is on Tim and Nikki's 2008 xmas card. I think I need a fathead of this one or a wall size mural.
They remind me of the girls in "Little Women."
